Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Hotel Aroma Nainital, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all guests.

1. Reservation Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment. A confirmation email or message will be sent once the booking is successfully confirmed.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation:
    Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the check-in date will be eligible for a full refund (after deduction of applicable payment gateway charges, if any).
  • Partial Cancellation Charges:
    Cancellations made within 7 days to 72 hours before check-in will attract a charge of 50% of the total booking amount.
  • No-Show / Late Cancellation:
    Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in or in case of no-show will be charged 100% of the booking amount. No refund will be applicable.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment only.
  • Refund processing time is 7–10 working days, depending on the bank or payment gateway.
  • Any transaction or payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

4. Modification of Booking

  • Date modification requests are subject to room availability.
  • Tariff differences, if any, will be applicable at the time of modification.
  • Hotel Aroma Nainital reserves the right to approve or decline modification requests.

5. Early Check-Out

  • No refund will be provided for early check-out or unused nights once the guest has checked in.

6. Force Majeure

Hotel Aroma Nainital shall not be liable for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, or unforeseen events.
